Alida Sims Malkus books

Alida Sims Malkus was born in New York City, and grew up in Michigan. Even as a child she was busy writing stories and putting on plays with the youngsters in the neighborhood. She had a deep interesst in science and history, and traveled extensively throughout the United States, Mexico, and South America. Her travles in these countries gave her much material for her many exciting books for young people. She had two sons, and while writing, lived in New York City.
